For Home Accessories:

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping.

We will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

For furniture and customised pieces:

Please allow 4-6 weeks

Free local delivery is available for all orders within the Redlands & Gold Coast area.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival & am or pm timeframe. Contactless delivery only.

Shipping Costs

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at supportwoodiva@gmail.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, we will refund once we have received the return. Items to be returned at your expense.

​If your order does not reach in good condition, please send me photos of the damaged packaging and product as soon as possible to supportwoodiva@gmail.com together with your order number and we will try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
